Advancing Collaboration, Contracting & Partnership Excellence in Canada
The Canadian Institute for Partnering (IFP) is Canada’s independent national institute dedicated to improving how government, industry, and communities work together on complex programs. We bring together ISO 44001, CRAFT™, and the SRS Relational Contracting Model (RCM™) to deliver a uniquely Canadian approach to collaboration, complex contracting, and partnership governance.
Canada is recognized globally as a leader in collaborative partnering — where government, industry, and communities work together through high-trust relationships to deliver better, faster, and more sustainable outcomes for Canadians.
To help Canada build stronger, more resilient, high-trust partnerships that deliver better outcomes for Canadians.
Building collaborative leadership, ISO 44001 capability, and relational contracting skills for public- and private-sector practitioners.
Supporting organizations to adopt ISO 44001 and CRAFT™, and to operationalize collaboration frameworks and governance models.
Producing Canadian-focused case studies, policy-aligned guidance, and practical tools for defence, infrastructure, digital transformation, and major programs.
Connecting leaders and practitioners through membership, forums, roundtables, and an annual national conference.

Access training, tools, and a national community of practice.

Help shape Canada’s partnering agenda.

Co-create real Canadian examples of collaborative working.
